Filoli Flower Show

Wow! What an extraordinary opportunity for MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue! Lucy, Filoli's Director of Horticulture, not only saved the lives of the six rescued pigeons she adopted, but by inviting MickaCoo to participate in their incredible, four-day Flower Show event as dovecote docents, she helped us to reach a huge new audience of potential adopters. Thanks to her and the help of several very generous volunteers, MickaCoo was able to talk with hundreds of people about the plight of homeless domestic pigeons and what great pets they make. It was an incredibly successful and enjoyable event!
