Abby

Abby was a stray king pigeon that wound up at Hayward Animal Control on 3/14. I was supposed to add her to the MickaCoo website in order to help find her a home and forgot! When I finally did (thanks to a gentle reminder from Hayward Animal Control), I named her "Abby" in order to put her at the top of the (alphabetical) list of available birds.




On 5/7, I picked her up, along with five other rescue & shelter pij, and brought her home to be a foster, initially in my downstairs room because the loft was too full, but now, since eight kings were adopted on Monday, she's in the loft. Abby's a big, adult king hen (I believe) and she's currently single.
