Lark

Lark is another one of the sick eleven (see Nicky & Santino). Unfortunately, his illness appears to be more like that of the late Nicky than the recovered Santino. I brought him and another sick bird from the same group, Uma, home for care on 9/11. More info to be posted soon.

9/15 Update:

I'm very sad to say that on Saturday 9/13 Lark died shortly after being given fluids, possibly as a result of aspiration. He (?) was gravely ill and whether his death resulted from the sickness, from the stress of being handled, from my improper handling or the combination, I'm not sure. I am sure he is grieved.
