We noticed a pigeon in the park had hard tim...Hello<br />We noticed a pigeon in the park had hard time flying wings look clipped and had one blue band and one red the blue one had BPA IF 173 on it and red one was blank, I tried researching it and i contacted berks pigeon association thru face book but had no answer, he was hungry and a little week so now he is safe with us nice pigeon and he eats and drinks and stays in dog crate I am not sure who owns him but he can stay with us, what should I do? If his wings are clipped how did he end up at a park? Do you think he will be happy by himself or needs a mate and I am not sure how you can tell if its female or male.
